^Diagnostic assessment: If you are unable to determine what service you need we will come out and analyze the problem and present to you the needed service.
Save an extra 25% when you receive two or more of any service. (does not include combo packages. However, this does apply to combo packages when bundled with any non combo package).
We are happy to do any work no specified on the table above. Any work done that is not on this table will be billed at a rate of $30 per half-hour.
#Note. If your system is still under warranty please consult your PC manufacture before contacting us. They maybe able to assist you at no cost to you. We will not be responsible for voiding any warranty due to opening the case.
Payment for resolved problems is expected when the service call is complete. We accept cash, checks and Paypal.
Some residential visit services may require that we bring your equipment back to our office for completion. We guarantee complete confidentiality on all of your data.
